It has also been agreed to construct a full sized hangar of Service pattern to cost approximately £32,000, the expense being equally shared by the Colonial Government and the Air Ministry. Steel work for the hangar would be ordered in this
country.
On the recommendation of an Air Ministry expert who was sent out to examine the lay-out of the aerodrome, extensions to the aerodrome were proposed which would have coat about £23, 000 made
up as follows:-
